Our ecosystem 

TAG Performance Training's mission is to leverage the expertise of top organizations in each sport, alongside cutting-edge technological, scientific, and training advancements, to customize enhanced athletic development options for individual athletes. TAG's methodology aims to move beyond the traditional focused-training approach by initially instilling and nurturing general athlete principles and abilities through cross-training. In cultivating versatile athletes, TAG will utilize the expertise of these organizations to also concurrently develop the specific human performance skills necessary to excel in each particular sport. These principles encompass not only physical prowess but also emotional intelligence and social awareness, acknowledging the growing impact of social media on sports. Through its distinctive methodology, TAG aims to develop solutions that equip athletes with the essential skills not only to thrive professionally but also to become exemplary public figures.

    When she started her family, Angela stepped back to focus on raising her two daughters. Now, as they flourish on the tennis court, Angela is thrilled to blend her twin passions of tennis and photography.
